1. Job Title: Graphic Designer
  Number of positions vacant: 1
  Qualifications: Min. Graduate.
  Job Profile: To design figures & graphics for medical books & journals [Specialized in Line Art & figure work].
  Experience: 1-3 years experience working with Corel Draw, Photoshop.
  Skills: Capable of working under pressure and meeting stringent deadlines.

2. Job Title: Typesetter
  Number of positions vacant: 2
  Qualifications: Min. Graduate.
  Job Profile: To format text for books & journals such as creating template, chapter layout, section pages, folio including table, artwork placement etc.
  Experience: 1-3 years.
  • Working knowledge of PageMaker, InDesign.
  • Efficient in book work and knowledge of various book sizes, full color, two color, single color job works.
  Skills: Capable of working under pressure and meeting stringent deadlines.

3. Job Title: Office Coordinator
  Number of positions vacant: 1
  Qualifications: Graduate.
  Job Profile: To Coordinate with the inhouse team & Authors for routine office operations, handle Database management & other related work as assigned.
  Experience: 1-2 years.
  Skills: Good communication, written and spoken English, computer savvy, proficient in operating basic Ms. Office & Internet.

4. Job Title: Development Editor
  Qualifications: Graduates/Post Graduates. Science background is preferable.
  Job Profile:
  • Addressing & correcting weaknesses in the script & liaisoning with authors to meet content accuracy according to in-house requirements.
  • Coordination with the inhouse team.
  • Monitoring and maintaining content updates.
  • Ensuring that external contributors meet content submissions on time.
  • Supporting the publishing team in liaison with authors.
  • Conducting research into subject areas, as required.
  • Reviewing material submitted for content, accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Providing feedback to authors, where needed.
  Experience: 1-3 years in Creative Editing, Publishing, Research, Writing.
  Skills:
  • Must have a keen eye for detail and work to a high level of accuracy.
  • Must have a proven track record of managing multiple projects and being able to deliver against deadlines.
  • Highly organized and disciplined and able to act on own initiative.
